Christmas Card Buffet Samples

I'm so excited to finally share the card samples for next weekend's Early Bird Christmas Card Buffet. I stamped like a mad woman yesterday and happily many of the cards were inspired (or CASED) from some fantastic swaps I received at Convention.

Thanks to Arlene Stokes and Kathy Chono-Herring for their great card designs (Big snowflake and Delicate Doilies card.

Fortunately for me there are many other Christmas crazy fanatics that like to get a head start on the holidays but that also means that the Card Buffets are FULL!

OR

Gather 5 or more friends together and I can create a Christmas card class for you and your friends. Don't wait phone your friends and pick a date!  Contact me and get your first choice of dates!

A Hershey's chocolate card!

One of the cutest cards I saw while at Convention was done by Stampin Up's own Carrie Cudney.  Her projects are super fabulous and always make the crowd go "awwwww."  It's a gift and a card all rolled into one!  She used Hershey miniatures/nugget chocolates covered with Designer Series paper, add a little ribbon and voila!

This cake stand is made from the ribbon lace border punch.

Add some candles and a ribbon and that is one card I would LOVE to get!

Here is a cake she created using styrofoam circles as her base and wrapping the whole outside with the paper covered chocolates.

So sweet and so girly!  Awwwww!

Samples from the VIP room

During Convention I was lucky enough to be a VIP for recuiting someone during the month of April.  I was treated to a special tour of Stampin Up's Home Office, special snacks in the VIP room and VIP display boards.  Here are some of the special samples from the VIP room.

I have TONS more photos and swaps to share with you.  Have a great Wednesday and thanks for stopping by.

My apologies and a little Domestic Goddess

Morning everyone

Sorry this will be a fast post since I have a lot of catch up on today.  Wedding week has come to an end as my parents left this morning to Victoria, Pete is back to work and the kids are happy to just stay home and play Lego.  I am now weeding through the emails, little piles of "stuff" and frantically making to do lists before I'm back in full Stampin mode!   So if you have emailed me in the past couple of days I will be responding to you today - sorry.

I want to mention the great Designer Series Paper special that Stampin Up has for the month of August - Buy 3 get one FREE!  How cool it that!

I have been posting several suites from Convention and all of these products use the Designer Series papers.  So check back in previous posts and you can see some great creations and add those papers to your ever growing products of must haves!

Since I'll be doing a little cleaning today I thought I'd share a little Domestic Goddess with you.

 Cheers,

August WOW Projects

Yikes!  I woke up late this morning and realized it's the FIRST!!  Sorry for the quick post but it's been wedding weekend here (my nephew got married on Saturday) and it's been family, family family for the past four days.

I'll be back later with some wedding pics but here is this month's WOW project.  I hope you had a great break in July and are ready to start crafting and creating again.

Now some of you may have said - Hey she's posted that before!  And you are right.  This is one of the projects I made on the Alaskan cruise.  It's a cute mini scrapbook or a REALLY big card.  It has 8 pockets for cute quotes, sayings or even photos.

Contact me ASAP if you are free on Wed August 17th.  Class time is 6-8pm and the cost is $10 or free with a $30 order.  If you want to make 2 books then it is $15 or free with $45 order.  Class maximum is 9.

A little Beau Chateau

Another amazing display of products by Stampin UP!

I can't believe how good Stampin UP is at wanting me to buy EVERYTHING!  Vintage is just one style that I struggle with us but I'm excited about using these products and trying my hand at vintage.
