Wonderous Wreath Week - Fall themed

Hope you had a "Wonderous" weekend with family and friends.

I'm excited to share with you 4 cards I made using the Wonderous Wreath set and matching framelits.  The only thing I could see using this set was a Christmas Wreath but now after checking out Pinterest there are so many other options and here is the first one.

Using the new framelits and photopolymer stamps are super easy with clingy, clear stamps and the fun new tabs they added to the framelits. I will take a close up picture today and share it with you later this week!

This week is the last chance to register for the Christmas Stamp a Stack on October 26.  Spaces available from 4-7pm.

Date - Sun, Oct 26
Time - 4-7
Cost - $40 and receive $5 off a minimum order

 Thanks for stopping by.

Happy Thanksgiving weekend

Sorry I didn't post yesterday but we were out WAY late at the Vancouver / Calgary hockey game.  Bad mom moment when we rolled in at 11:40 on a school night!!  Eeeek!  Oh well, it is the first game of the season!  Sacrifices!

We had a great time or at least Van fans did.  It was definitely not the smoothest, slickest game but fun was had and we won 4-2!

I have loads to share next week as I made a variety of cards using the Wonderous Wreath stamp set and framelits.  Be sure to check back next week!

Have a great Thanksgiving weekend!

Halloween Kids camp recap

This past weekend we had a super fun Kids camp!  Don't you just love it when all things go as planned.

First we made these adorable pumpkins for a center piece for their Thanksgiving dinners. I actually helped make 90 of these for a Stampin Up event and they were so cute I had to try them again with the kids. I believe the creator of this idea is Tamara Bertram.  Thanks for the idea Tamara!

Then my Club Create group made this beautiful door hanger.  One of my downline shared this idea she found on Pinterest and I thought it was beautiful.  Thank you to Carol Payne for the original idea.

And last but not least BOO bags!   Have you ever Boo'd anyone?  I remember doing this with the kids when they were little but not since.  So after we did the kids camp the boys each made 3 ghosts and a simple version of the bag of candy (aka ziploc bags) and boo'd a few on our street.  Can't wait to see who else will have a ghost in their window.

Here is the poem.

BOO
Halloween is in the air!
We boo’d your house,
but don’t be scared.

We like you a lot and think you’re neat,
So we left you this bag of Halloween treats.

Who could we be?
We never will tell.
That would break the BOO fun spell!

Happy Halloween!

I also added these instructions too.

Hang this ghost in your window to let neighbours know you have been “Boo’d”.  Copy this ghost poem and “Boo” 3 other friends.

Have a great day!

Cheers,
K

Stampin UP Bingo wrap up!

Morning!

I had such a fantastic time at my first ever Stampin UP Bingo night I just had to share the fun in pics!

Everyone had a spot with a pop corn bag, bingo dauber and a fun welcome gift!

Ha ha even my table cloth matched the fun popcorn bags.

Pete did a wonderful thing for me and popped popcorn for almost an hour!  3 kinds - White cheddar, Jalapeno Jack and Cheesy Dill.

Smiling Bingo players!  Can you tell who the big winner was?

Time to stamp the make n' take!

More smiling Stampin UP Bingo players

And a FULL prize basket of Stampin UP goodies + all the proceeds from extra card sales went to the winner!

And the two cards we made this evening.

It was CRAZY fun and I will definitely be having one of these again in the new year with the Occasions Catalogue!  Everyone went home with a great prize and even the non-winners got a prize too!

Thanks for sharing in the fun!

Don't forget about the Stock up and Save sale!  Use this hostess code  U9BK9B36 for ordering online or contact me to place your order before Sunday.
