Waterfall technique and the Happy Hour

A LONG LONG time ago I made a card like this when I was in a card club and I while I didn't remember how to make it I found a tutorial and tried it again.  

I fooled around with some of the measurements and got it to work out.  What do you think?

 I think I'll have to plan a class on how to make this fun moving card.  Possible WOW in the future??
