Perfectly Wrapped swap card

Here is another great swap card from Lisa Althouse. I love getting these happy cards in the mail once a month. 

 I love the little arrows to make a pattern in the background. So cool! And the colours -  Flirty Flamingo, Mint Macaroon and Basic Gray. She did a fantastic job using the Perfectly Wrapped stamp set to make a super cute card.
