Big exciting day tomorrow!!! Orchard Harvest and H & S

Thank you for the birthday wishes :)  It brightened my day PLUS I went out for breakfast with friends.  I don't get a chance to do that nearly enough:)  Thanks ladies for a fun Monday morning.

I realized that today is the last day of the Reason to Smile promotion and I have not used that set nearly enough :(  So sad, I guess that's what summer brain does to you.

BUT on a happy note tomorrow is the start of August and the start of the Holiday Seasonal Catalogue ordering period- YES!!!  Now that is a reason to smile!!!  I absolutely love ALL of the products in this catalogue.  It's hard not too.  At Convention I was able to see and feel many of these products up close.

Check out the cool displays they had featuring the Holiday Seasonal Catalogue goodies.

This card is also in the catalogue and absolutely stunning in person.

Designer Ribbon slides (127834) $6.95 for 16 pieces

Designer Buttons in Brushed Bronze (127833) $8.95 for 16 buttons

The Monster Munchies set is uber cute and essential for all those planning to have a Halloween party or Halloween party favours.

Remember me??

Hi everyone

Sorry for the long vacation from posting.  I've had a fun week with the kids going bowling, the movies and fun stuff around the house too.

I'll have some more creative and regular posts this week or that is my goal.  I'm officially back to work beginning on Wednesday so please keep checking back.

I have to share some pics with you from my fun weekend at Elbow Falls on Saturday.

It was a gorgeous sunny day!  We went early and staked out a picnic spot.

Beautiful scenery with guys!

My kind of camping.  Nathan asked if I would one day go camping with them.  Here is my "trial run"without the sleeping on the ground.
See I can make a mean marshmallow.  Andrew called it beginner's luck.  I did remind him that I have made s'mores before.
YUMMY!

We used chocolate covered digestive cookies to make them.  Less mess - or at least that's what Pete tells me.  They're still pretty messy, but oh so good.

The kids spent an hour throwing rocks in the river.  Most were smaller than this one :)

This is the reason why we had a fun day at the Falls.  It was the BIG 4-0 for me!
And lookeee what I got for my birthday - and seriously it's for my scrapbook room!!!!  Just in time for the Olympics!

I hope you have a fantastic Monday and a great start to the week!

Re-entry days and more Convention boards - Floral and Smooches

I'm back!  I'm back home and now it's family time so sorry I didn't get a chance to post yesterday.

Slowly and surely I'll get back into a routine and I'll share my tons of Convention photos and swaps.  Now, if I could only find that bag . . . . .

Here are a couple more product boards from the Demonstrator Resource Center.  There were so many great samples made by the fantastic Concept Artists at Stampin UP.

Floral District and Summer Smooches are two of my favourite Product Suites in this catalogue.

I hope these have inspired you to be creative today!

Another great day of Convention!

It's hard to believe that tomorrow is the last day of Convention!!

I can't wait to hear the EXCITING announcement that they have planned for tomorrow and if you are a demonstrator don't forget to log into the Stampin Up website and see the Convention news live!

I'll only share a few exciting pics of moi from today as I must get to bed.

I got to "walk" the stage this year for a big milestone!

It was pretty cool!

Thank you to all my customers and friends for helping me achieve this goal!

Cheers,

What a day!! And evening!!!

ACK!  I don't know where to begin!!!  Day one has been amazing and even though I'm trying to go to bed early no can do!!

First I attended the I am Savvy class by Donna Griffths and it was inspiring.  I particularly liked the cards by Dawn Griffths.  She used the "leftovers" of ribbons we all have.  I'll try and get a close up of those cards tomorrow.

My second class was I am Open for Business with Carrie Cudney.  I found some great tips to implement in my business when I get home.

Here are a few pics of the day today!  Hope you enjoy!

Jason Dorsey was a guest speaker on Gen Y and he was AMAZING!  Everyone I spoke to today loved his presentation and thoroughly enjoyed it.  His book My Reality Cheque Just Bounced is now on my must read list.

Make n'Takes with Allison and Avery in my downline!

New Momento Mall finds!  Garden flags for $24.95  super cute aren't they?

All dolled up ready for Awards night!

Yummy after party desserts!

And more!

Partaking in the festivities and celebrating with the winners!

Kim and I have a blast!  :)

I love Convention!!  You will have to join me next year for Stampin Up's 25th Anniversary!  It's going to be out of this world!!

Festival of Prints day 5

Happy Friday!

Can you believe this week went so quickly!!  Here are the last two new creations I made with the Festival of Prints paper stack.

I JUST love the new Scentsational Season stamp set in the Holiday Seasonal Catalogue.  It has other great stamps like a gingerbread, candy cane and more in it - LOVE IT!  Not to mention scented embossing powder - OMG!  AND amatching Framelit die to cut out these great shapes!!

This pattern print and the peacock go hand in hand in my opinion.  I added the Fancy Fan embossing folder (I think that's what it is called) for the card background and lots of bling!!

I hope you have enjoyed an extended sneak peek at some new products coming in August.  It's not too early to start planning your holiday cards.  Never too early!!

Have a fantastic weekend and keep checking back for Convention updates!

Cheers,
K
