Wedding Time!

Spring is just around the corner and with spring brings wedding season.  

This past winter my niece and nephew both got engaged (not to each other, silly), but nevertheless they are in full wedding planning mode!

I was asked to re-create one of the cards in the Catalogue for some upcoming Save the Date cards for my niece.  This is what I came up with.  

I like the simplicity of this card and the pearls add an elegant touch.  Change up the insides and this makes a nice wedding card. 

Here is the recipe:
Stamps - Full of Life, Vintage Vogue, Tiny Tags

Paper - Whisper White, Bashful Blue, Certainly Celery

Inks - Basic Gray, Bashful Blue

Accessories - Big Shot, Elegant Bouquet embossing folder, Certainly Celery Satin ribbon, Frost White Shimmer paint, Linen Thread, 3/4 x 15/16" oval punch, Decorative label punch, Basic Pearls, Hole punch

Paper Crafter's Workshop

Believe it or not I got many things accomplished yesterday but posting new stuff on my blog wasn't one of them.  Sorry about that.

But, I will show you some of the 6x6 scrapbook pages we'll be doing this weekend in my Paper Crafter's Workshop.   

We'll be having a busy Saturday and Sunday!

Clearance Rack - more stuff added!

Sorry for the quick post, but I'm really going to try and get some work done today!

The kids are busy at school, laundry is done and I have some cards and scrapbook pages to create!

Kids Camp projects

Our spring break is coming to a close but we get one more day of FUN today (and sleeping in!)

While the boys and I had a fantastic time it will be nice to be back to a routine and happy I can get some work done!  Work consists of cutting paper and making cards and scrapbook pages but really it is hard work.  Really it is:)

Here is our Kids Camp project for this weekend. This idea was completely CASED from my upline Kim and I love it!  

We'll create a small matching game with the Make a Monster set!  Isn't it the CUTEST!  And if there is time then we'll create some fun Shrinky Dinks with this same set.  SUPER FUN and I can't wait!

NEW CLEARANCE ITEMS ADDED!

Yesterday Stampin Up posted the MOST exciting news!  They now have "grab bags" for sale on their Clearance Rack (while supplies last.)  Who doesn't love a mystery! They also updated the Clearance Rack and posted tons of retired items at amazingly discounted prices!


All orders must be placed through my website here.  All sales are final.

Not all grab bags are unique so if you purchase two of the same priced grab bag you may get the same or similar contents.  These would make great Christmas presents as well as many of the items on the Clearance Rack.  Here are some details on what could be in a grab bag.

Each bag will contain a variety of discontinued products that could include a combination of any of the following: ribbons, Accents & Elements, chipboard, Designer Series Papers, and Simply Sent kit components. Grab bags will not contain stamp sets or tools.

April WOW project

While this wasn't the first idea I had for the April WOW project I thought I'd stick this week's theme of projects made with the Paisley Petals Designer Series paper.  

This card box is a complete set of 5 cards, envelopes and matching box.  The cards use the same "card map" but each one uses a different stamp set, embossing folder or ribbon to embellish it.

Cost - $10 or a $30 order placed on the night of the class
Date - Wed, April 20th at 6 - 8pm

Think Mother's Day or a special gift for a special someone!
