Stamp a Stack card samples

Hello all

Thanks for checking in as I've been a bit under the weather and blog posting was the first thing to go until I felt a bit better.

And now thankfully I do!

So much excitement has been going on with Stampin UP as the news about the Project Life and Stampin UP collaboration, Retired Stamp set and accessory list released and FREE SHIPPING until April 25th!!  Such good news all around!

Be sure to check out the lists here and see what great products are heading out of here and many are already gone!

Tonight I'm VERY excited to be stamping with a group of new stampers.  Well, at least new to me and some I believe have NEVER stamped before.  I created 3 card designs and each person will create a stack of 12 handmade cards, 4 of each design.

These cards are a great tribute to why just using stamps can make a FUN card!
I still have lots to pack up and get ready for tomorrow but I just wanted to let you know I'm still here!!

** Some of the stamps used here will be retiring soon.
Bring on the Cake (sentiment on the colourful drink card)
- Gently Falling (Solid and line image leaves on the right hand card)

Have a great day!

Birthday Stamp a Stack

Two more samples to share.

Boy cards the nemesis of us all!  But I do love how this one turned out.  Good for the males young, old and teen in our lives.  Pete even said "this one is pretty cool."  Trust me that doesn't happen often.  The poor guy is surrounded by cards all the time!

And my new fave set - Papillion Potpourri.  Good for the young and old and very springy. Colours I don't usually use but they look pretty together.  This one I CASED from Stampin Connection.

Wild Wasabi, Certainly Celery, So Saffron, Bashful Blue and Pretty in Pink

 Have a great weekend!

K

I'm feeling the Stamp a Stack pain!

Hi everyone

I spent my Monday sympathizing?? or identifying with the Stamp a Stack guests on the weekend.  When I was prepping I made a few extra kits for me to create my own Christmas cards.  Isn't that great foresight of me :)

I have 3 of the 5 done and tomorrow I'm going to tackle the labour intensive one. If you were at the stack, you know which one I mean!!!

It's MUCH harder to make multiples of these cards - I only make one of each when I'm planning them!

Now if I can only get my Christmas letter written early and mail these by December 1st.  Bets on if I can make that happen???

Have a great day!

Cheers,
 K

Stamp a Stack weekend!!!

I have my Stamp a Stack this weekend so imagine 30+ ladies coming to my house over two days to stamp - yikes!  I prepped over 700 cards a couple of weeks ago so now I get to sit back and relax - just kidding.  My work is done and now it's up the ladies to create!!

I'm not sure if I shared these before but this is what we are creating this weekend. 5 styles and 4 of each style!!  Pete calls it boot camp but really it's fun.  Tiring but fun!

 Have a great weekend!
