Computer glitches start the week!

Hi there

This was supposed to post Monday morning but some unexpected computer issues caused my newsletter to go out late and I wasn't able to access my blog. Argh!

Not to worry as all is fixed!!

This was a busy work weekend for me as I had 2 classes and a downline meeting.  I had a great time crafting with all of you.

I finally had some productive stamping time to create samples for some new classes. Registration for those Christmas classes are in full swing and spaces are filling quickly so be sure to contact me ASAP if you are interested in attending.

At my downline meeting I shared the new MDS2 software and some of the cool new things it can do like
- creating in spreads
- text on a path such a curvy line or circle
- stamp image colouring (solid and line art images)
- colour palette suggestions
- search feature and so so much more. . .

Here is a simple card I designed with one of the designer templates.

My Digital Studio Disney Journals

Last week I was very excited to receive a package from Stampin UP.  I placed a My Digital Studio order for 2 journals for our upcoming trip to Disney. The boys have been super lucky to visit Disney World twice before and get tons of autographs from the characters on both trips.  I was surprised and happy that they still wanted to visit with Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and more!  It gives me a great excuse to get my picture with the characters too.

In the past I have created journals with our Onboard Journals with paper, stickers and more but being time pressed and wanting something different I went digital.

I'm happy with the results!

AN MDS MUST VIEW!

I have been trying to post only during the week but I HAD to share this blog post by Heather Summers.  I think if anyone KNOWS me just a little I have this unbelievable fascination with Heather and her MDS creations.  This layout just blew my mind and something I want to try in my scrapbook club with actual paper, isn't just adorableness on MDS!!

The amazing things that can be done on MDS is MIND BLOWING!!!

Sneak Peek from the Summer Mini

I can guess you are thinking - SUMMER????  Yep, you guessed it the Summer Mini catalogue is soon going to be in your mailboxes, but I thought I'd share a little sneak peek of my soon to be favourite new designer series paper pack.

My Digital Studio

I have talked about starting my Disney book for a LONG time and today I finally started on the cover.  This page took me all of 10 minutes and I think 5 of that was choosing which pictures I wanted and downloading the Walt Disney font.

 

Page two was thrown together quickly before I had to leave for Science Fair. This is the before page and here is the after.
