January - Coffee, cookies and cards

I can't believe it's the end of 2016. Exciting times in store for 2017 - Andrew's graduation, university planning, some trips to Victoria and a big family trip to Thailand in July! Thanks to my amazing team and wonderful customers I have earned the trip to Thailand courtesy of Stampin' UP!

I hope you have a fantastic and safe New Year's celebration this evening.

Here are the next cards for January's Coffee, Cookies and Cards class.  Lots of cookies were made this Christmas season and I'll have some many new cookie recipes to share with you in 2017.

Each card is blank on the inside so you can create your own personalized message.  Customize the birthday card with your own special birthday year,  the dragon fly card could be a thank you, birthday or sympathy and the love card could be a Valentine, anniversary or thinking of you.

Date - Tues, Jan 31

Time - 10am or 7pm

Cost - $15 or free with a qualifying order

Bring a friend who has never stamped with me and receive a coupon for 20% off one item.

Thank you for checking in and sticking with me when my blog posting has been sparse. New Year's resolution, right? :)

Happy New Year!

Cheers,

K

The one that didn't make the cut ...

It was pretty hard to make cards for this month's Coffee, Cookies and Card class because I lost my mojo.  My stamping mojo!

It happens from time to time and I know it will eventually come back. It just doesn't always come back when you want it to.

So here is one of the cards that didn't make the cut for the class.  I love the colours but was struggling with the design.

This might be a card in an upcoming class but unfortunately not this one.  What do you think?

Thanks for checking in! Wish me some more stamping mojo to come my way!

Cheers,
K

Coffee, Cookies and Cards - May 31st

Hi all

Sorry I haven't been blogging in FOREVER! But for many reasons I haven't been stamping a ton. I hope to get back to stamping and blogging a few times a week at least.  I'd like to say I'm back to 5 days a week but I don't want to disappoint so watch for posts Mon, Wed and Friday for sure!

I have had a few questions regarding a WOW class for May but I opted not have one this month but I will be creating my June one soon.

But there will be a Coffee, Cookies and Cards class on May 31st and here are the samples.

Each of these cards use the new Swirly Scribbles framelits and the Swirly Bird stamp set. This will be available for purchase on June 1st so this is a great sneak peek at the products and new In Colors.

Join me for this fun class.  Cost is just $15 or free with a qualifying order.

Contact me today.

Cheers,
K

April Coffee, Cookies and Cards

Last month's punch art Coffee, Cookies and Cards class was such a hit that I decided to create more punch art cards. This time I used the Tree Builder punch and the Sprinkles of Life stamp set.

A Christmas card you may be thinking? I know crazy but the "tree branch" in the punch makes perfect reindeer antlers.

Join me for a fun morning or evening of card making.

Date - Tues, April 26
Time - 10am or 7pm
Cost - $15 or free with a qualifying purchase.

Here is the recipe for Snickerdoodles I made last month. They were pretty yummy!

What should I make next month? Requests?

Cheers,
K

Merry Moments and Peaceful Pines

Thanks to all those to stopped by to visit me at the Cranston Christmas Bazaar! It's becoming VERY real that Christmas is coming soon. FINALLY, I started my own cards on Thursday! Shopping . . . not so much.

I have one more craft fair left at the Strathcona, Christie Aspen community Center on Sat, Dec 5th so if you need anymore stocking stuffers you know where to find me!

277 Strathcona Drive SW

Be there or be square!

I helped design some cards for a friend and she chose the Peaceful Pines stamp set.  This set was my #1 purchase set when I saw the catalogue back in July but it has been one that has stumped me.  When I paired it with the Merry Moments Designer Series paper - Voila! the ideas finally came!

I'm excited to stamp with new stampers on Tuesday evening.  If you are free contact me ASAP to join me for my Coffee, Cookies and Cards class.  $15 and these 3 cards are yours! I provide the supplies and you contribute the labour :)

Have a great rest of your weekend and stay safe in the snow on Monday!   Cheers,
K
