Happy Monday and some Christmas????

Yep, I was in full blown Christmas mode this past week if you can believe it.  I think I have heard more than 3 times that it is less that 90 days til Christmas and it almost makes me want to  . . .  well, you know.

Here is a fun card I made for my Blendabilities club peeps.

 I used the Open Heart stamp set for the branch and the sentiment is from Watercolour Winter Too.

A little fussy cutting around the Christmas Bauble and voila! 

I have tons of new Christmas card samples but I'm most excited to share my WOW class samples on Wednesday!

Convention samples with Blendabilities

I am super excited for my Blendabilities "Try it" class tonight - woo hoo!

10 friends new and seasoned stampers that are coming to check it out!  I have a few samples from my own stash as well as Convention swaps so they will sure to be WOW'd!

Blendabilties are so easy to use and all you need is a little practice and you'll soon be colouring like a pro.

Vivid Vases and All Abloom Designer Series Stack

I just love this single stamp, Vivid Vases.  It's probably because I love to get flowers and Pete brought some home last night :)  Lucky me!

Here is just a simple card made with Blendabilties (of course) and a bit of Designer Series paper.

 I don't think you can see it very well in the photo but I used Crystal Effects on the vases to mimic water.  It's shiny in real life.

And the designs in the All Abloom Paper stack are just gorgeous!

In This Together and Flashback Designer Series Paper

It's crazy fun to get back to stamping!!  I can't believe how many stamp sets I still have to mount!  That's usually the first thing I do because I LOVE it so much!

The Flashback Designer Series paper is one paper pack that everyone has said "WHOA, I really like this one."  Once you see all the designs as a whole you will want to add this to your list.

I added lots of "embellishment" to this cad with the Chevron ribbon, Wooden elements and I used the Designer Series paper like Washi tape too.

This card makes me want to go shopping!  I need shoes!!

PS Did you notice the Blendabilities in the focal image :)  The one thing I'm missing is a black marker - I have BLACK hair not brown!

Sneak Peek of Blendabilities again

I don't know about you but we're in full exam mode in our house!

We are in the middle Nathan's PAT's for grade 6 and Andrew starts his PAT's next week.   Plus a piano recital last night (they did wonderful) and ball hockey playoffs this week makes for a pretty hectic week of parenting.

Who am I kidding - I love it!  But I can't wait until summer!

Yesterday I had a chance to finally assemble a few of the pieces I had coloured last week (or was it two weeks ago now).

The stamp set I used is called In This Together and I think it's pretty cute.

 That's how Pete and I are going to need to feel this week if we're going to get through a hectic schedule.  

It's almost the end of June!!!  Yahoo!

I MADE THIS! Alcohol Blendabilties markers by Stampin UP

Yesterday I spent the morning colouring like I was in Kindergarten (or probably more recently like when I was back teaching preschool).

 And it was SO MUCH FUN!

I can't believe I MADE THIS!

 Just another sneak peek at the Blended Blooms stamp and a little showcase of the Blendabilities markers that are in the catalogue.  Woo hoo!  It is so easy to shade and blend colours with these fabulous markers.  

While these markers are in the new catalogue they will not be available on June 2nd.  Yeah, you can have a sad face.  Stampin UP wants to be sure they have enough supply on hand when these markers do go on sale to customers.  They are targeting an early July availability so keep your fingers crossed. 

These 6 sets will be the first to be released and then the rest will follow at a later date.

 - Old Olive, Daffodil Delight, Cherry Cobbler, Coastal Cabana, Rich Razzleberry, Pumpkin Pie and the skin tone assortment

 I know these are a highly anticipated product but just hold tight a little longer because they're coming!!!!
