Petite Cafe gift bag treats!

It's strangely craft fair time at my house which is completely odd since it's the SPRING!

BUT I'm excited to be participating in the Mother's Day Sale at the South Fish Creek Recreation Center on April 25th from 10-4pm.

I've been busy making a few of these treat bags filled with the yummiest chocolates in the world!

This is one of my "never part with stamp sets" Eat Chocolate.
These ones would be great for a teacher.

I'm also going to be selling are these cute little treat boxes. Any ideas on what to fill them with? Or do you think they would be better sold empty? Suggestions please.

I have loads of plans to stamp Mother's Day and Father's Day cards too!  Wish me luck!

Cheers,
K

Happy Monday morning! New Stampin UP goodies!

Hope you had a fabulous weekend!

It was a wonderful busy weekend at the craft fair and great kids camp.  If you are on facebook you may have been my pretty sad and pitiful booth with very little product left.  Don't get me wrong this is a good thing!

Here is a before and after shot of my booth.

I have a few chocolate bars, some elf sleighs and a few other bit and pieces so if you are in the need for some last minute stocking stuffers let me know.

Now for my sharing of my prize patrol goodie stamp set.

It's just a quick and simple card but I wanted to highlight this beautiful stamp set and my new Pink Pirouette blendabilties!!!!

Lake Bonavista Craft fair - one more day!

Posting on a Sunday?  Almost unheard of with me :)

I'm up early and ready to go to Day 2 of the Lake Bonavista Craft fair.  Here are a few more treats still available.  And I made 24 more mini coffee cups shown here so if you missed them yesterday come back today.

Grinch Gum was super popular and a few more are left for the taking.

Super popular Snowman ornaments.  Their nose lights up.

Inside is a tea light and the translucent paper makes it glow.  Super pretty and all boxed up.

The opposite of the grinch gum for the "nice" relatives. Snowman kisses.
Just a few more of these decorative battery operated candles are left!

I didn't even take pics of my Hershey kiss trees too!  Yummy and oh so tempting when I was making them but I am proud to say I didn't eat a single kiss.

Hope to see you today but if not I hope I inspired you to create something fun today.

Cheers,
K

Stamping with toddlers?

Greetings!  Hope you are surviving the snow and ice!

I had a fun day on Thursday stamping with toddlers believe it or not!  It's been a while since I have "taught" such little ones but it was great to see their curiousity and awe of everything.  Especially my cool garbage cans.

We "technically" stamped with the kids or more like with the "feet" of the kids and made these.

I borrowed the foot of my great-niece Lucy and made sure it was bath night for her.  We used Old Olive ink with a brayer and some fancy blingy circles to decorate!

I had a great time stamping with these new moms and kids and hope to again in the future!

Here is a few photos of what will be available at the Lake Bonavista craft fair this weekend (Sat and Sun.) Stop by and say hi!

What a weekend!

Did you have a super long weekend like us?

Despite the snow it was nice to be hunkered down inside as one of my friends put it "hibernating."

We did venture out to have dinner with my sister and family (loads of baby cuddles) and some toboganning too - boy, was that wind COLD! And of course, crafting the nights away getting ready for the craft fair at Lake Bonavista next weekend!

One last thing I decided to create for the fair was these adorable little sleighs.

Thank you to Jackie Topa for this brilliant idea!
Filled with yummy chocolates of course!  I found deelish Candy Cane kisses - sigh.  It was hard not eating those.

So much fun planned for this week- Cardmaker's Club and a baby and mom craft class on Thursday - wish me luck!

Cheers,
K

And what did you do this weekend . . .

Of course there was hockey and a fun craft class on Sunday but the best part was this.
My niece and nephew in law returned from their year in Japan and we went to meet them at the airport.  It was so great to see them safe and sound and finally home.  We'll have a dinner soon to hear all about their travels and see all their pictures.  I can't wait!

This was the rest of my weekend in a nut shell . . .(and I'm not kidding, they are taking the whole weekend).

Heads,

bodies,
legs and arms,

and I'm ready to assemble.

Eek, headless elves!

Almost done . . .

TA DA!  Aren't they cute! These are the cutest elves ever and the idea is 100% Jackie Topa's. She is a genius when it comes to punch art.

This boy and girl elf set is waiting to be hung on your Christmas tree!  The set of two is just $8.

Don't forget to check out all the goodies for sale at the Lake Bonavista Craft Fair.  Sat, Nov 16th from 11-4pm.

Cheers,
K
