Thank you to all my Stamp a Stack ladies

A HUGE thank you to all the ladies that came on the hottest day EVER to come and stamp CHRISTMAS CARDS!  Can you believe it???  I loved seeing all of you go home with a fully stacked baggie of handmade Christmas cards.  Now the challenge will be to get them addressed ready to mail by Dec 1st (that's what I always end up procrastinating about.)Well, that and the making the cards part.

Here is the recipe for the "Yummies" we had today.  Thank you to my best friend Tammy for sharing this with me many years ago.  It's a staple at Christmas time in our house and for gifts!

4c white chocolate wafers
5 c Golden Graham cereal
1c salted peanuts
1c raisins

Melt the white chocolate wafers in a double boiler. Combine cereal, peanuts and raisins in a large bowl.  Pour chocolate over dry mixture and mix well.  Spread onto wax lined cookie sheet or cooling rack and cool.  When the mixture has dried break apart into small pieces.  I haven't tried freezing it because it never stays in my house that long.

Thanks again and have a good night!

Cheers,
K

  1. Oooh, those are the BEST treats!!! I make them with cashews and no raisins...YUM!!! It freezes well...I often toss the cookie sheet into the freezer to cool it faster and keep it in the freezer to try to make it last longer (never works...it's good frozen!). :)
